The payment area of an e-commerce sites uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
You will only see it on the pages that collect private information such as
your credit card number. When you see the padlock in the bottom right corner
you know the page is secure.
Click on the padlock and a Security Certificate will pop up.
This will give you all the security information required,
guarantee the identity of a remote computer and tell you
the owners name.
